About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve and support the CUAS programs as the FP&A Lead, with responsibility for internal financial performance reporting, financial forecast (including AOP and LRP), balance sheet, and billings/cash collection reporting.
  • Prepare FP&A deliverables and present financial results to the team
  • Provide ad-hoc assistance, analysis, and reporting as requested by management and team
  • Serve as the FP&A SME on the CUAS finance team, providing instruction and guidance to CUAS analysts on FP&A forecasting tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5 years finance/accounting experience; OR an Advanced degree with 3 years finance/accounting experience
  • Experience in Program Cost Schedule & Control, Financial Planning, or similar role
  • Experience in financial modeling, data analysis using tools like Excel, SAP, and/or other financial systems
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or a related industry
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
