Key responsibilities & impact

Support the drafting, negotiation, interpretation and management of proposal and contract documents
Develop significant customer interaction skills and improve negotiation abilities
Be the primary focal for external and internal customers regarding contract issues and interpretation
Provide contract leadership and expertise in developing innovative solutions to complex contracting issues
Responsible for contracts from cradle to grave
Provide terms and conditions review and advice on contracting rights and obligations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of professional experience including experience with FAR and DFARs
5+ years of Government contract management experience
OR an Advanced degree and 7+ years of professional experience including experience with FAR and DFARs
5+ years of Government contract management experience
US Citizenship required due to government contracts
Active security clearance preferred
Ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance
Contracting knowledge sufficient to provide advice and counsel
Must be highly self-directed and able to learn quickly
