About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide leadership and supervise a team of Analysts while working closely with cross-functional partners
Working closely with the customer community to execute contracts & protect the company financial positions
Effective management of day-to day operations while maintaining a view of long-term impact of decisions
Finance staffing, coaching and building team strength
Estimate at Complete (EAC), including program risk & opportunity management
Financial Forecasting/FP&A – AOP & monthly forecast development
Learn contractual (FAR) requirements of execution of terminated programs
Effectively partner with external customers to develop relationships
Participation and lead of program & functional business reviews to ensure financial integrity

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years experience
Experience leading teams of professionals
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Operations, etc.) in a matrixed organization
Experience performing financial analysis, such as funding profiles, sales forecasts, and variance analysis
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
