Operations Engineering Associate

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate actively in daily manufacturing and production operations
- Support operational execution and shopfloor problem-solving activities
- Analyze manufacturing data and operational performance trends
- Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering and operational projects
- Apply CORE operating system principles in day-to-day activities
- Drive operational discipline in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity
- Present project updates, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams
- Demonstrate strong learning agility, ownership, and teamwork throughout the program.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Manufacturing/Production Engineering
- Strong interest in aerospace manufacturing and operations
- Willingness to work in a hands-on shopfloor manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and learning agility capability
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated teamwork and growth mindset.
