About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure compliance with company financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
Support site controller/s and serve as the site cost accountant
Perform cost and margin analysis, including standard cost reviews and ad hoc profitability assessments
Partner with site controllers on month-end close, reporting, and financial analysis
Prepare journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations in an accurate and timely manner
Support internal control compliance and internal/external audit requests
Identify and implement process improvements to support business growth and efficiency
Develop and standardize templates and processes across multiple sites
Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed
Travel up to 10%

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
Experience in Finance/Accounting
Experience in Microsoft Excel, including complex financial analysis
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field
Hands-on experience with OneStream and ERP systems (Epicor preferred)
Experience supporting month-end close processes
Aerospace and manufacturing environment experience
Experience with process improvement initiatives
