Key responsibilities & impact

Become highly proficient in contract management/administration actions on proposals and contracts
Investigate and resolve contractual matters by critically thinking and gathering detailed information
Work independently, yet recognize matters that require leadership review and buy-in
Influence others through the explanation of facts, policies and practices
Multi-task routine and complex contract and proposal activities
Interface with customers regarding correspondence and contractual issues
Draft complex letters that communicate the business position effectively
Advising management of contractual rights and possible risk mitigation
Work closely with program teams within a matrix environment
Some periodic domestic travel up to 15-20% as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience
minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
Experience with Contracts Administration, Subcontracts, Procurement, Acquisitions, and/or Finance
professional presence complemented by excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to effectively partner with cross-functional stakeholders
