Key responsibilities & impact

Utilize mechanical hardware design experience with ruggedized structures, interconnects, cooling, RF and electronics packaging
Develop technical solutions to complex problems throughout the product life cycle
Employ transition-to-production practices and lead design releases into production
Perform tolerance analyses to ensure form, fit, and function are as intended

Requirements

What you’ll need

A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years experience
Experience with design of radar architecture, structures, cooling, or electronics packaging
Experience with ANSI/ASME Y14.5 GD&T
Mechanical background with high technical aptitude
Experience with ANSI drawing standards and technical data package creation
Experience in leading small development efforts and teams
Experience with CREO (Pro/E) or similar 3D solid modeling software
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
