About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Draft, generate, interpret and manage large and complex supply chain contract documents, in accordance with internal and external customer schedules and requests, to ensure these documents properly reflect business objectives.
Direct analysis and prepare reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and cost control guidelines.
Conduct contract negotiation, contract administration, and supply chain contract activities to ensure contract execution and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
Manage small- to medium-sized projects.
Advise and represent the organization on legal issues concerning contract matters.
Negotiate and execute contracts.
Provide legal advice on terms & conditions and contract administration.
Prepare legal documentation for legal and contract negotiations.
Maintain historical legal records.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Juris Doctor preferred
