About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as an analytics partner to business and HR leaders
Communicate progress effectively and translate complex analytical findings
Partner with stakeholders to assess and prioritize analytics initiatives
Collaborate with the broader Workforce Intelligence COE to ensure operational analytics
Validate business requirements through prototypes, mockups, and documentation
Lead end-to-end insight delivery, defining scope and shaping minimum viable products
Apply best practices in data visualization and data storytelling

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, or an Advanced Degree and 5 years of experience
Progressive experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or HR Technology
Experience with people data is required
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and reporting technologies (e.g., Snowflake, SQL)
Ability to understand business context and apply HR data across a range of workforce-related use cases
