About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the execution of project management activities, including project schedules, key decisions, resource allocation, financials, requirements, issues, risks, and dependencies.
- Address complex issues and challenges within projects, including tactful executive escalations and driving critical decisions.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Process Owner and Business Relationship Manager (BRM).
- Assist PMO Director with capital projects submittals and working with leadership on project prioritization.
- Develop compelling materials to communicate the project's value delivery story clearly and effectively to senior and executive leaders.
- Build trust and foster collaborative relationships with digital and functional executive sponsors, ensuring alignment with their strategic interests and viewpoints.
- Travel ~20% within US
Requirements
What you’ll need- University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience.
- 7+ years of experience leading complex projects or programs, preferably within Procurement, Supply Chain, or Enterprise Operations.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing procurement technology implementations, including end‑to‑end deployments from requirements gathering through testing, go‑live, and stabilization.

- Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems and knowledge of how PLM integrates with procurement, supply management, and materials processes.
