What you’ll need

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
Minimum of 5 years of related Configuration Management (CM) experience in a Product Data Management (PDM) environment, which includes implementing Configuration Management principles, processes, and training
Expertise in developing and implementing Configuration Management principles, processes, and training, covering configuration control, identification, data management (library/repository), product release and delivery, and configuration audits
Familiarity with change management involving a defined product breakdown structure with parent-child relationships in a CM tool environment
Proven experience working in a collaborative team setting, necessitating frequent multi-level communication (both verbal and written) with engineering, program management, and external stakeholders
Previous experience operating effectively both within a team environment and independently with minimal supervision
Demonstrated willingness to guide individuals through change management steps promptly and effectively.
