Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of related Configuration Management (CM) experience in a Product Data Management (PDM) environment, which includes implementing Configuration Management principles, processes, and training
  • Expertise in developing and implementing Configuration Management principles, processes, and training, covering configuration control, identification, data management (library/repository), product release and delivery, and configuration audits
  • Familiarity with change management involving a defined product breakdown structure with parent-child relationships in a CM tool environment
  • Proven experience working in a collaborative team setting, necessitating frequent multi-level communication (both verbal and written) with engineering, program management, and external stakeholders
  • Previous experience operating effectively both within a team environment and independently with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated willingness to guide individuals through change management steps promptly and effectively.
