About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and lead a team of direct reports and foster talent development
Work closely with Program Management, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Engineering, Quality, Production Control and Procurement to ensure successful supplier management and execution in supporting program needs and requirements
Customer Proposal generation
Develop and execute Material Strategies which support Customer requirements and meet Program objectives
Prioritize Supplier Request for Proposals / Quotes (RFP’s / RFQ’s)

Requirements

What you’ll need

A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience
An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
Experience with material requirements planning
Strong analytical skills required to evaluate end-to-end planning and identify constraints, risks and opportunities
Advanced Supply Chain Planning tools (i.e. SAP, Kinaxis RapidResponse)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skillset (i.e. pivot tables, filters, advanced formulas, macros, automation, MS Office Integration, etc.)
