About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
Collaborate with business partners to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and data-driven solutions
Conduct deep-dive analyses to support strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and forecasting
Validate data accuracy and ensure quality throughout data pipelines and reporting processes
Translate business needs into analytical requirements, working with security cross functional teams as needed
Develop and maintain documentation related to data definitions, reports, processes, and workflows
Support the development of automated reporting tools and self-service analytics capabilities
Monitor business performance and proactively identify areas for improvement
Present insights and recommendations to leadership in a clear, concise, and actionable manner

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
