About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Document and improve technical processes, workflows, and best practices to strengthen team consistency and knowledge sharing
Track project deliverables and maintain accurate updates in project management tools
Provide first-level troubleshooting for engineering tools and escalate complex issues as needed
Support product delivery by responding to Supplier Requests for Information (SRI) and Quality Notifications (QN)
Collaborate across engineering, operations, and quality teams to ensure smooth communication and system integration
Work independently within a team environment, following procedures to process and release hardware for external shipment
Help drive engineering changes and maintain up-to-date process documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
Hands-on experience in technical support or project coordination within an engineering or technical environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage project-related tasks, priorities, and team coordination effectively
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word, and Teams, to track, analyze, and communicate project information
Experience with SAP, COPS Database, and Supplier Portal
Experience maintaining technical documentation and using tools to track updates and ensure accuracy
