Key responsibilities & impact

Work with business stakeholders and other functional areas to define process opportunities for Operations Systems that streamline business processes, promote best practices and drive business benefits.
Perform technical and functional problem solving and ensure integration with other solutions/applications.
Participate in the SAP S/4 Hana digital transformation for the Plan to Sustain workstream.
Document business requirements and translate them into specification documents that result in solutions that meet or exceed the defined business requirements.
Work in cross functional teams to provide seamless integration between Operations and other enterprise applications.
Lead/participate in ERP related projects and ensure stakeholder alignment around the vision, scope, schedule and budget for the digital solution.
Identify, evaluate, and implement continuous business improvement opportunities enabled by standard application configurations to promote best practices and drive business benefits.
Provide knowledge transfer to post go-live support teams.
Available and able to travel based on business/project needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field and 8+ years of experience in Information Technology that includes experience in a customer facing role, requirement gathering, designing functional/technical solutions, and providing support, and experience in managing and delivering projects in dynamic organizations;
OR Advanced Degree and 5+ years of experience in Information Technology or related field that includes experience in a customer facing role, requirement gathering, designing functional/technical solutions, and providing support, and experience in managing and delivering projects in dynamic organizations.
5+ years of SAP configuration experience of the SAP Production Planning module (SAP S4 experience is desired).
Strong communicator with good facilitation, analytical skills.
Project management experience.
U.S. Citizenship required, this position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.
