About the role

  • Offer expert knowledge in SAP in supporting break/fix tickets and questions from the business in MRO.
  • Work with the digital technology team on resolving difficult and complex problems.
  • Manage projects and processes working with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide training within the team and for end users.
  • Responsible for coaching, reviewing, and delegating project work.
  • Field complex configuration management related questions from the business.
  • Contribute to the development of process solutions for strategic operation improvements.
  • Support SAP ECC and dependent system upgrades.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years.
  • Experience with P2D (Plan to Deliver) and / or O2C (Order to Cash) business processes in a highly regulated industry.
  • Experience analyzing current business and technical processes for an assigned area to determine where system updates or new systems are needed.
  • Experience in coordinating Business and DT Teams to ascertain system requirements.
  • Entails writing detailed specifications for enhancements to fulfill requirements.
  • Experience with incident systems such as Service Now.
  • Aerospace and Defense/MRO experience.
