About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Smart Factory initiatives to establish the foundation for a highly automated, lights‑out manufacturing environment.
Drive technology implementations that generate actionable data, reduce days‑to‑manufacture, lower non‑conformance, and minimize WIP.
Drive the Digital Resiliency initiative by identifying and eliminating recurring digital issues that cause operational downtime.
Ensure uninterrupted production by proactively identifying, escalating, and resolving computer, network, and system‑related issues that may impact operational continuity.
Supervise and support a cross‑site team responsible for addressing all Manufacturing Execution System (MES) issues.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
4 years of experience within a Manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience with Real-Time Location Systems (RTLS)
Smart Factory/Industry 4.0 Implementation experience
Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
