About the role
- Develop, maintain, and standardize work instructions to enable consistent generation of enterprise-wide property audit reports.
- Produce and deliver accurate, timely audit reports to government, customer, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity, quality, and usability of data.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Property, Logistics, Audit, Digital Technology, Finance, Contracts) to design and implement reporting solutions that support audit readiness and compliance.
- Lead and support automation initiatives (e.g., Power Query, VBA, Power Platform) to streamline data collection, reduce manual effort, and improve reporting efficiency.
- Validate data accuracy and ensure alignment with government property regulations, internal controls, and business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security protocols, and regulatory standards in all reporting activities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for property audit reporting and contribute to continuous improvement and standardization efforts across the enterprise.
Requirements
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data modeling.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Experience with Excel automation tools (Power Query, VBA, Office Scripts) and template development.
- Experience with MS Office 365 and ERP System like SAP
- Familiarity with data and analytics tools such as SQL, SAP BusinessObjects, Alteryx, Snowflake, and Power BI.
- Experience supporting audits and working across cross-functional teams (Audit, Logistics, Digital Technology, Finance, Contracts, and customers).
- Experience with property management systems, government regulations, and compliance monitoring.
