About the role
- Oversee, manage, and implement strategic solutions in the core application landscape supporting Facilities Management
- Develop and deliver executive-level communications
- Present complex ideas and findings to senior executives effectively
- Conduct trade studies and engage with external firms for guidance and market research
- Drive vendor management and contract negotiations
- Lead the requirements lifecycle process, including gathering, analyzing, and documenting business needs
- Implement and enforce data governance practices
- Develop strategies to enhance data quality and provide actionable insights through reporting and analytics solutions
- Manage a team of professionals supporting the Facilities Management technology landscape
- Drive strategic planning for application and data landscapes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Facilities Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years of experience
- Proven experience in managing and implementing technology solutions for Facilities Management or Real Estate organizations
- Expertise in vendor management, contract negotiations, and RFP processes
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and reporting/analytics best practices
- Experience with Facilities Management tools and systems such as CMMS, Asset Management Tools, Building Management Systems, and Capital Planning Tools.
