About the role
- Partner with Capture Managers and Program Leadership to develop basis of estimates, risk/opportunity assessments, cash flow and margin analysis
- Manage New Business Investment (NBI) planning and execution, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis to support growth initiatives
- Oversee Capital and other investment planning, ensuring alignment with program growth strategies and long-term capacity needs
- Drive process improvements and standardization across proposal and investment workflows to support expanding program volume
- Maintain accurate and timely front-end forecasts, supporting AOP/LRP planning and monthly outlook processes for the Stinger portfolio
- Support internal and external audits as required
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and Business Development
Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field and a minimum of 8 years relevant experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Experience with proposal development and/or BOE/price volume creation; experience in government contracting with working knowledge of FAR/DFARS
- Experience supporting NBI, capital planning and/or other front-end financial activities including financial modeling and/or financial analysis
- Experience with financial systems/tools (e.g., SAP/PRISM or ProPricer)
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
