Develops project plans, schedules, and budgets, making necessary adjustments to ensure adherence to project objectives.
Documents and communicates delays, changes in scope, and any other incidents that impact the scope of work or schedule.
Develops project budget and pursues all cost saving opportunities to maximize project profitability.
Performs critical path analysis and implements work-around plans to ensure successful project completion.
Implements Earned Value Management (EVM) practices to measure project performance and analyze variances against cost and schedule baselines, including Cost Performance Index (CPI) and Schedule Performance Index (SPI).
Leads meetings and presents consolidated plans, status reports, and progress reports relating to business aspects of the project(s) to key stakeholders including senior leadership.
Identifies and reacts to project problems and recommends solutions, such as reallocating resources or changing contractual specifications.
Oversees and manages the lifecycle and operational aspects of projects, and liaises between project management and planning, project team, quality, and line management.
Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.
Regularly interacts and interfaces with customers.

Requirements

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
Experience or prior ownership of leading programs/projects or people.
Strong knowledge and practical application of Earned Value Management (EVM)
PMP certification is a plus.
Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and project stakeholders.
Background in manufacturing and/or operations, with an understanding of production processes and operational workflows.
Highly collaborative individual with the ability to navigate crucial conversations, resolve conflicts, and foster a solution-driven work environment.
MS office proficiency utilizing MS Project, Power Point, and Excel.
Working knowledge of SAP.
