Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)

Project management experience, including the ability to develop SWD project plans in a manufacturing/factory environment
Scheduling, manage budgets including EV (earned value) techniques
Manage R&Os and lead cross-functional teams to successful project completion
Experience developing business cases and Return on Investment (ROI) analyses
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
