About the role
- Support our customers (learners, instructors, training leads)
- Monitor email inbox
- Process course scheduling requests & registering individuals
- Manage course nominations process and finalize learners’ lists
- Produce/Support courses
- Help maintain the online sites
- Manage the marketing strategy for courses and events
- Manage course material and recordings repository
- Help troubleshoot systems issues learners may encounter
- Take ownership of and manage day-to-day tasks
- Coordinate between customers and Finance
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
- Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written).
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- LMS - Workday Experience
- Data reporting knowledge – Excel, Power BI/Tableau
- Stakeholder communication – Outlook, Teams
- Problem solving and Tech support
- Experience working in an Agile environment is desired
