About the role

  • Support our customers (learners, instructors, training leads)
  • Monitor email inbox
  • Process course scheduling requests & registering individuals
  • Manage course nominations process and finalize learners’ lists
  • Produce/Support courses
  • Help maintain the online sites
  • Manage the marketing strategy for courses and events
  • Manage course material and recordings repository
  • Help troubleshoot systems issues learners may encounter
  • Take ownership of and manage day-to-day tasks
  • Coordinate between customers and Finance

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
  • Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written).
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
  • LMS - Workday Experience
  • Data reporting knowledge – Excel, Power BI/Tableau
  • Stakeholder communication – Outlook, Teams
  • Problem solving and Tech support
  • Experience working in an Agile environment is desired
