About the role

  • Support Financial Planning & Analysis efforts including Weekly / Monthly Business Reviews, Monthly Financial Forecast Updates, New Business Initiatives (NBI), Annual Operating Plans (AOP), and Long-Range Plans (LRP)
  • Provide financial transparency through clear and consistent communications with Program and PF&M teams
  • Assist with Javelin Joint Venture billings & receipts forecasts
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to achieve financial and contractual commitments
  • Analyze labor and material cost variances to provide actionable insights
  • Support the Program Management Office (PMO) in maintaining accurate financial forecasts and staffing plans
  • Gain exposure to and assist in Raytheon Lifecycle Program Management efforts

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • a minimum of 2 years applicable Finance experience
  • Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting and/or variance analysis
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Word)
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
