About the role
- Support Financial Planning & Analysis efforts including Weekly / Monthly Business Reviews, Monthly Financial Forecast Updates, New Business Initiatives (NBI), Annual Operating Plans (AOP), and Long-Range Plans (LRP)
- Provide financial transparency through clear and consistent communications with Program and PF&M teams
- Assist with Javelin Joint Venture billings & receipts forecasts
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to achieve financial and contractual commitments
- Analyze labor and material cost variances to provide actionable insights
- Support the Program Management Office (PMO) in maintaining accurate financial forecasts and staffing plans
- Gain exposure to and assist in Raytheon Lifecycle Program Management efforts
Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- a minimum of 2 years applicable Finance experience
- Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting and/or variance analysis
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Word)
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
