Manage day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform
Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements
Ensure platform configurations comply with industry regulations
Develop and maintain automated workflows, business rules, and integrations
Support integration with enterprise systems using APIs
Create and maintain performance analytics, dashboards, and reports
Participate in change control processes
Work closely with other teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Perform platform upgrades, patching, cloning, and feature rollouts

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of related experience
Proficiency in multiple ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, Source to Pay etc.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Working knowledge of ITSM processes
Working knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
