About the role
- Serve as a key member of the program execution team
- Ensure successful program performance by ensuring conforming products and services through effective collaboration and compliance to processes and procedures
- Assess technical risk of non-conformances utilizing critical thinking and analytical skills
- Review change requests to assess technical impact
- Support and provide oversight for failure investigations and nonconformance reviews
- Plan and coordinate technical assessments and corrective actions
- Work with cross-functional partners and customers to ensure alignment and ensure customer requirements are met
- Drive compliance with the Raytheon Quality Management System while driving continuous improvement
- Initiate and perform root cause analysis, facilitate corrective actions, and implement closed loop process controls to improve product/process predictability and capability
- Implement Advanced Product Quality Planning in accordance with AS9145, as applicable
Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM)
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and/or Operations
- Working experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management Systems
- Experience providing quality technical expertise to ensure effective design/development and/or manufacturing results
- Experience with programs/contracts/efforts that have content in remote sites, particularly Site Quality experience
- Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date
- U.S. citizenship is required.
