About the role

  • Serve as a key member of the program execution team
  • Ensure successful program performance by ensuring conforming products and services through effective collaboration and compliance to processes and procedures
  • Assess technical risk of non-conformances utilizing critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Review change requests to assess technical impact
  • Support and provide oversight for failure investigations and nonconformance reviews
  • Plan and coordinate technical assessments and corrective actions
  • Work with cross-functional partners and customers to ensure alignment and ensure customer requirements are met
  • Drive compliance with the Raytheon Quality Management System while driving continuous improvement
  • Initiate and perform root cause analysis, facilitate corrective actions, and implement closed loop process controls to improve product/process predictability and capability
  • Implement Advanced Product Quality Planning in accordance with AS9145, as applicable

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM)
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and/or Operations
  • Working experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management Systems
  • Experience providing quality technical expertise to ensure effective design/development and/or manufacturing results
  • Experience with programs/contracts/efforts that have content in remote sites, particularly Site Quality experience
  • Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
