About the role

  • Work closely with a team of engineers to develop proven designs based on system performance and operational specifications
  • Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document analog and power design products
  • Resolve production issues related to existing product designs
  • Provide support to production, integration, and test activities
  • Perform design, test, and production support work within the bounds of a given schedule
  • Present reviews of technical data to program leadership and technical staff
  • Engage in personal technical growth, and facilitate technical growth in peers
  • Lead small teams to success with schedule, budget, and technical execution
  • Travel to Tewksbury, MA; Marlborough, MA; Andover, MA; Woburn, MA; and/or Pelham, NH may be required depending on the assignment

Requirements

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
  • Minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
  • Design, test, and/or production experience with analog or power electronics, power systems, power conversion, power distribution, power sub-system design and/or control systems
  • Experience in modeling and simulation using PSPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar computer-based tools
