💰 $107,500 - $204,500 per year
About the role
- Manage all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure for multiple projects
- Identify and track risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to meet productivity, quality, and organizational goals
- Report project outcomes and risks to appropriate management channels as needed, escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including deliverables, activities, change management, and timelines
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Lead communication with stakeholders and team members throughout the project lifecycle
- Present project status and options for addressing critical issues to functional leadership, while managing project costs within the approved budget
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance or related field
- Minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience in a project execution or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
- 5+ years' experience and knowledge of Business Services business processes and technical system knowledge
- 5+ years of experience in financial system upgrades or implementations
- 5+ years experience in leading and coordinating functional projects or operational initiatives
- Strong ability to assemble cross-functional teams and drive critical outcomes
- Demonstrated experience supporting business service leaders and managing key stakeholder relationships
- Experience leading project teams to develop risk and issue mitigation strategies
