About the role
- Lead consolidation and reporting of monthly and quarterly financial cycles, including actuals, forecasts, and operating plans aligned to transformation initiatives
- Develop and present trend analyses, and decision-support materials for executive leadership
- Support investment governance processes, including eCAR development, review, and financial oversight
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to validate assumptions, track performance metrics, and proactively identify risks and opportunities
- Ensure accuracy and integrity in tracking transformation savings, investments, and overall program performance
- Oversee program setup and ongoing cost management, including charge number creation, journal entries, PM support, IDWAs, and work authorizations
- Monitor weekly cost and manpower performance to ensure alignment with scope, funding, and approved objectives
- Deliver timely ad hoc financial analysis and support evolving business priorities in a dynamic environment
- Travel up to 25% as required.
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
- 3+ years of experience of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience preparing executive presentations and facilitating financial reviews
- Experience supporting transformation initiatives and enterprise change projects
- Advanced Excel/PPT skills; experience with SAP, OneStream, PowerBI, or similar tools
- Excellent communicator with ability to influence across functions
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills
- Proven track record of consistently meeting deadlines and due dates, especially in a high-pressure, high-visibility environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables
- Earned Value Management (EVM) experience.
