About the role
- Lead and develop a team of two or more payroll accountants
- Oversee the Payroll Accounting Reconciliation process
- Design, implement, and refine effective processes
- Develop reporting and dashboards
- Serve as a primary liaison between Payroll Operations, Benefits, Tax, and business units
- Contribute to strategic financial initiatives
- Support team members’ ongoing growth and development
- Set team goals and measure progress
- Lead initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness
Requirements
- A university degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- 5+ years of experience with Payroll Accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, ADP, and SAP
- Experience supervising and developing employees
