About the role

  • Develop and manage effective customer relationships and build credibility as a strategic business partner.
  • Experience in the aviation market, identify opportunities and threats, and develop strategies to meet objectives.
  • Gather data as it relates to material demand, forecast, and sales of jet engine spare parts.
  • Strategize to maintain or grow customer revenue.
  • Proactively sell material to capture incremental business.
  • Provide CSA offerings as well as incentive offerings.
  • Handle all aspects of customer order administration.
  • Support day-to-day operational issues at the customer site/business.
  • Work with Purchasing team for procurement and repair of material.
  • Participate in/lead off-hours customer support conference calls.
  • Establish full year and monthly financial projections/updates for customer to be incorporated into CSA sales financial plan.
  • Handle internal and external customers in the Asia Pacific Region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of experience or an Advanced Degree and 7 years of experience
