About the role
- Under minimal direction, designs, develops, and tests a variety of power plants, aircraft, systems, and/or parts.
- Performs system/component level analyses of test results and uses the results to prepare technical reports of findings and recommendations.
- Execute low to medium complexity thermal analysis via 2D and 3D finite element analysis (FEA) and/or low to medium complexity CFD analysis.
- Create and implement common procedures and standard work across the organization.
- Communicate technical results to internal and external customers.
- Manage small projects or processes.
- Attend and have participation in group meetings, teleconferences and/or training required.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- 2 years of engineering experience or an Advanced Degree in Engineering with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
