About the role
- Provide engineering support for a variety of SSO tools such as PingFederate, PingAccess, and new emerging technologies like EntraID
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to integrate applications with SSO solutions
- Assist with troubleshooting of user issues related to SSO integrations
- Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and assist with the creation of test scripts as needed
- Understand and work with the team to resolve technical and non-technical problems
- Participate in production support for any incidents
- Identify and communicate risks/issues and provide recommendations on potential fixes
- Follow precise processes and procedures to ensure compliance with RTX security policies, government requirements, industry standards, and internal organizational mandates.
Requirements
- Typically a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
- Strong working knowledge of authentication protocols such as: OAuth/OIDC, SAML , WS fed
- Minimum 3 years of significant application integration experience with PingFederate and PingAccess
- Prior experience integrating SSO products in complex environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
