About the role
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies, ensure supplier performance, and collaborate with global stakeholders to drive HR initiatives.
- Develop and manage partnerships with head-hunters and recruitment agencies to support talent acquisition goals.
- Evaluate and select suppliers for learning and development services, including training providers, leadership programs, and e-learning platforms.
- Oversee supplier relationships for benefits administration and employee wellness programs.
- Manage relocation and mobility services contracts, including coordination with relocation firms, immigration support, and expatriate management.
- Build and execute category sourcing strategies that balance cost efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
- Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and SLAs, ensuring alignment with HR service objectives.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, GDPR, and privacy regulations in all contracting and supplier engagements.
- Collaborate with HR consulting firms and engage with international stakeholders (e.g., Singapore) to support global sourcing needs.
- Coordinate and manage calls across multiple time zones to support regional HR operations.
- Execute preliminary contract review and markup, drafting contract amendments, and follow through to execution for MTA, MSA, Order Forms and NDAs and associated amendments.
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience
- Expertise in contract management: preliminary review, drafting amendments, redlining, and execution for agreements like MTA, MSA, NDAs, and associated amendments; familiarity with digital software, services contracts, and compliance with labor laws, GDPR, and privacy standards.
- Strong understanding of HR services procurement, supplier management, and knowledge in cybersecurity, data privacy, and information security; skilled in leveraging Microsoft Suite for efficient project management and tracking.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams; excellent communication, critical thinking, time management, and adaptability in dynamic, global environments.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized with proficiency in project planning, risk tracking using technology, and managing multiple priorities in fast-paced settings.
