Lead medium-to-large technical programs ($500K+) across data science, data engineering, AI/ML, and digital initiatives, driving cost, schedule, scope, and resource management
Coordinate cross-functionally with Connected Aviation, other SBUs, and Digital Technology (DT) teams to ensure successful delivery of high-impact data solutions
Enable Agile teams to stay aligned with strategic priorities, emphasizing customer value, portfolio visibility, and delivery accountability
Manage program risks and dependencies, prepare executive-level progress reports, and recommend solutions to complex program challenges
Support vendor and contractor oversight, ensuring alignment with program objectives and performance expectations
Contribute to continuous improvement, helping strengthen program management standards and execution across the Aviation Intelligence portfolio.

Requirements

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required
Demonstrated experience leading medium to large technical programs ($500K+)
Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies and tools
Experience with executive-level influence skills, partnering with senior leadership across engineering, digital technology, and product teams
Experience working in Agile environments and tools (Azure DevOps, Jira)
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, or similar analytical tools
Understanding of SQL databases and software engineering practices
Familiarity with CI/CD frameworks and DevOps/DevSecOps toolchains
Proven communication and presentation skills with ability to influence leadership
Strong strategic thinking and business planning capability.
