Implement and enforce data governance policies, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements
Develop and maintain data controls to ensure the integrity and reliability of data across systems and workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand data requirements, translating them into actionable technical solutions
Lead project management efforts for data-related initiatives, including project planning, timeline management, and stakeholder communication

Requirements

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience
Prior experience as a Data Architect or Data Engineer, with a strong focus on Snowflake and data integration technologies
Hands-on experience with middleware systems for data exchange and process integration
Prior experience in SFTP protocols for secure file transfer and data processing
Prior experience implementing and managing data governance frameworks and data quality controls
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and best practices for data security and privacy
Project Management skills, including leading projects, planning, and delivering within deadlines
Prior experience utilizing problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
