About the role

  • Learn Configuration Management (CM) policies and procedures and participate at internal CM meetings by sharing working knowledge.
  • Assist in writing and processing engineering changes, ensuring documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Support the review and verification of minor engineering changes for compliance with standard procedures.
  • Collaborate with Design Integration teams, IPTs (Integrated Product Teams), and CIPTs (Component Integrated Product Teams) to support Configuration Control Board (CCB) activities.
  • Participate in team initiatives to improve configuration management processes using the CORE operating system framework.
  • Gain hands-on experience with configuration management tools such as Teamcenter, SAP, or other product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
  • Assist in maintaining configuration management records and documentation to ensure traceability throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions on configuration management practices.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Genuine interest in learning about and pursuing a career in aviation and aerospace.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to address new business challenges.
