💰 $86,800 - $165,200 per year

About the role

  • Monthly analysis, research and reporting to the Supply Chain Vice President and Directors on ad hoc requests
  • Support consolidation and streamlining of reporting
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of assigned program material forecasts and reviewing for reasonableness
  • Support the analysis of the material spend outlook and related risk and opportunities and identify actionable items
  • Actively facilitate meetings driving alignment, closure on actions, and understanding of issues
  • Supporting other team members in technical and analytical financial growth
  • Identify, support and implement process improvements
  • Provide cost reduction ideas and project support

Requirements

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel functions (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Macros, etc.)
  • Experience with SAP (APEX, PRISM, Rplan, and Analysis for Office reporting or similar)
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines and develop and readily apply solutions and process improvements
  • Experience preparing presentation packages for executive level review
  • Strong focus on process improvement and advanced problem solving skills
  • Experience in transforming customer requests from data to information
  • Ability to lead other analysts in a results oriented environment to develop solutions for complex problems that will gain desired outcomes
  • Energetic self-starter with good organizational skills
  • Prior experience in FP&A concepts, related systems, and processes
  • Ability to teach advanced financial and planning skills to financial analysts
  • Understand cost accumulation methods for direct labor including discrete charging and allocation pool charging
  • EAC development experience
