Develop concepts of operations for radar systems.
Radar processing algorithm development.
Radar software requirements development.
Statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data.
Analysis tool development in support of problem identification and resolution.
Working with Systems and Software Engineers to develop and implement solutions.
Present findings and solutions to Leadership and/or Customers.
Willingness for occasional travel to support mission execution at various facilities and test sites.
Travel will be minimal, approximately 5%.

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
Experience with systems: software, hardware, requirements, integration, and/or test.
Experience with MATLAB.
design, development, and analysis of radar system and software architecture on DoD systems
Experience with signal processing techniques in complex propagation environments
Design experience in the following radar system areas: antenna, receiver/exciter, waveforms, digital beamforming, multi-sensor track management and data fusion, adaptive signal processing, clutter mitigation techniques, electronic attack and electronic protect, sensor resource management and mission planning
Experience with C++, Python, or similar
Experience in developing and managing requirements, including use of DOORS, Rhapsody, Cameo or other digital engineering tools
Experience with technical writing and oral presentations.
