About the role

  • Lead the technical investigation and resolution of design, build, and test issues identified on Receiver Exciter subsystems, CCAs, and components.
  • RF/Microwave circuit and sub-system design, modeling, simulation, and verification.
  • Integration and test at component, CCA, and subsystem levels.
  • Transition to production and technical support to manufacturing and test engineers.
  • Lead small project or processes improvements within area of responsibility.
  • Lead circuit card and subassembly design updates to resolve obsolescence and producibility issues.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum 8 years’ of prior work experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 5 years’ of prior work experience.
  • Experience with Microwave / RF system, subsystem and/or component analysis, design and test.
  • Experience leading analysis / Root-Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations; Preferably with supplier and factory issues.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance post-start is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
