About the role
- Facilitate and continuously improve Agile operating rhythms (Team Syncs, Iteration Planning, Iteration Reviews, and Retrospectives) to establish, stabilize, and mature delivery across newly launching and established ARTs
- Actively manage team flow, predictability, and delivery hygiene within Program Increment (PI) cadences while maintaining transparency required for enterprise governance, audit, and compliance
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain healthy, prioritized, and execution-ready Team Backlogs, coaching teams on backlog hygiene, WIP discipline, dependency management, and Definition of Done
- Collaborate with RTEs, VMO leadership, peer Scrum Masters, and informal communities of practice to align priorities, manage dependencies, and collectively mature Agile execution across Enterprise Services Applications and RTX
- Serve as a rotational Scrum Master / Team Coach to support ART growth, launches, and transition phases, ensuring execution stability during periods of change
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement that measurably enhances predictability, quality, and sustainable pace
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree and minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master or Team Coach
- Experience working with Product Owners and delivery teams in Agile environments
- Ability to communicate effectively with enterprise-level Digital Technology (DT) organizations
- Proven experience in SAFe Agile Release Trains, including launching, stabilizing, and scaling Agile team operations within enterprise environments
- Strong expertise in Agile and Lean practices (Scrum, Kanban) with proficiency in enterprise Agile tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, ServiceNow)
- Skilled in facilitation, coaching, problem-solving, and fostering collaboration across teams, stakeholders, and vendors
- Proven expertise in project management, including overseeing schedules, budgets, risk mitigation, and dependency management, while seamlessly integrating hybrid Agile-traditional methodologies to support high-impact Digital Technology initiatives
- SAFe Scrum Master or Advanced Scrum Master certification (or intent to pursue)
