About the role
- Audit of expense reports, customer service communication with stakeholders of expense reports.
- Auditing expense reports containing business costs for adherence to Raytheon Technologies (RTX) Policies and US Government Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR Part 31) guidance.
- Interaction with employees, and Travel Accounting management via phone, email, and direct communication to resolve problems.
- Interpreting and giving direction to employees within the RTX policy guidelines.
- This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities.
Requirements
- Typically requires a high school diploma or AA/AS (or other 2-year post HS training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant applicable experience.
- Experience in an accounting or administrative role in a corporate environment.
- Proven problem solving and decision-making skills demonstrated through communication to peers and management.
- Excellent customer service skills with employees and management teams via phone, email, or direct communication.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision; must work well with others.
- Intermediate skills using both Excel and Word.
- Knowledge or minimum experience with Concur Expense processing.
