About the role
- Enable the success of Collins Aerospace through management of SAP printing and archiving systems.
- Support SAP printing, archiving and Batch job scheduling.
- Leverage Raytheon and Collins Aerospace's influential relationship with SAP and other software providers.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team responsible for SAP output and scheduling services.
- Providing technical direction and ensure adherence to standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Oversee the design, operation, and continuous improvement of SAP output management and enterprise job scheduling services.
- Work with SAP Archiving, Printing, and Scheduling related transactions.
- Manage technical teams through software installation and upgrade process.
- Collaborate with SAP Basis, infrastructure, internal cyber, SAP security and functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with audit, security, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
- Experience with SAP technical areas with strong focus on output management and job scheduling.
- SAP System administration for Printing (SPAD, SP01 and related transactions)
- Experience with Windows and Linux System Administration, High availability and Disaster recovery concepts and practice
- Strong troubleshooting skills across SAP, middleware, and infrastructure layers for printing, batch and archiving.
- Work with ServiceNow, maintain Documentation and Architecture diagrams
- Experiences with external compliance audits.
