About the role

  • Position, protect and strengthen Raytheon Australia’s market position.
  • Plan, develop and implement strategic communications campaigns.
  • Develop and execute strategic communications plans, including stakeholder mapping and key message development.
  • Work collaboratively with business areas, leadership team, and global colleagues.
  • Form and maintain close relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Deliver compelling strategies and high-quality communications effects.
  • Lead the team as deputy to the Director when required.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a dynamic team to deliver outcomes to defined timelines.
  • A proven ability to manage multiple time-sensitive competing priorities to successful completion.
  • A proven ability to collaborate to develop strong customer relationships and innovative solutions.
  • Knowledge of the defence industry and defence capabilities.
  • Requires a University Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • The successful Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain up to a Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance as needed.
