About the role
- Lead the coordination and integration of workforce planning activities focused on build versus buy strategies
- Develop, implement, and monitor an enterprise Strategic Workforce Action Plan for AI talent at RTX
- Collaborate with HR CoEs to gather insights, align strategies, and facilitate execution of talent initiatives
- Drive the creation and execution of enterprise-wide solutions for AI talent needs
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and action plans
- Partner with change management teams to support adoption of new processes
Requirements
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience
- Minimum 10 years of related HR experience
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Talent Leader, with expertise in strategic HR initiatives
- Advanced Degree preferred
- Demonstrated experience partnering with business leadership
- Deep understanding of HR disciplines including talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, learning and development, and change management
- Analytical mindset with strong abilities in data interpretation and reporting
- Familiarity with AI workforce needs and skills taxonomies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
