About the role
- Lead the end-to-end transformation of the Supply Chain workstream
- Lead the effort to drive to new standard process and system usage across the enterprise
- Work closely with technical teams, partners, and business units
- Oversight of workshops with stakeholders to capture procurement processes
- Guide team to define best practices for eProcurement, supplier collaboration, and contract management
- Act as a liaison between business users, procurement teams, IT, and external vendors
- Recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years’ experience leading IT or Supply Chain Teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree
- Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and contract lifecycle processes
- Experience with Ariba CRE and Business Network integration to SAP ERP (S/4HANA or ECC) or similar
