About the role
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues to ensure quality standards are integrated into all processes and products
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the quality skills and knowledge of employees across the organization
- Ensure timely resolution of quality-related issues through innovative problem-solving and effective action planning
- Support internal and external audits, address findings, and ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented
- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, identify trends, root causes of defects, areas of improvement, and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Utilize local and enterprise database systems to track and report quality metrics
- Develop and execute quality assurance strategies to improve product quality, reduce defects, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Support the site Quality Management System (QMS) managers to reinforce a robust audit program and management review practice.
Requirements
- Willingness and ability to relocate to Israel
- Ability to work a Sunday - Thursday work schedule
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 10 years experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations, quality or closely related industrial environment or a master’s degree and 7 or more years experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations, quality or closely related industrial environment
- Leadership/team management experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Knowledge of quality management systems, including company and regulatory requirements (AS9100)
- Proficiency with SAP and enterprise database systems
- Experience developing and implementing effective corrective actions.
