About the role

  • The APU Supply Chain team works closely with suppliers to ensure we deliver affordable, high-quality parts that meet our customer's dynamic needs.
  • Our team fosters an internal environment that flourishes with utilization of the Raytheon Technologies Corporation operating system; while maintaining supplier relationships to ensure they meet our quality and performance standards.
  • This role is both exciting & challenging and will support the APU product line.
  • You will lead purchase order execution and product delivery, ensuring placement of on-time schedule agreements, billing adjustments, terminations mitigation & cost reduction goals execution.
  • You will align with the P&W Procurement Manual, GSC Standard Work, and UTC Code of Ethics, International Trade Compliance, & Transition Standard Work (TSW).
  • Driving continuous improvement of procurement processes, including collaboration with key stakeholders and adoption of new tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Manufacturing/Operations or related field and 8 years of experience in supply chain, material/logistics, operations management or related field; or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
  • Aerospace Industry experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in challenging environments with the ability to work in a global supply chain organization
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Office programs functionality.
  • Ability to communicate throughout all executive and non-executive levels of the organization
  • Project management experience with large, complex projects
  • Experience as a day-to-day user of SAP, entering transactions and running reports.
