About the role
- Support and maintain large scale S4HANA and supporting applications, particularly in collaboration with MSPs or through RISE with SAP
- Sustain IT operations using ServiceNow and ITSM practices, ensuring smooth service delivery and governance
- Own vendor relationships, tracking SLAs, KPIs, and driving accountability across managed service providers
- Develop and maintain documentation of system processes, procedures, and IT governance standards
- Monitor and report service performance, DR readiness, and risk posture to leadership, driving continual improvement
- Monitor and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability
- Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM), including Active Directory and Azure AD
- Design, maintain, and execute disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BC) plans across hybrid environments
- Facilitate and conduct yearly DR/BC tests with vendors and stakeholders, ensuring readiness and resilience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years’ experience with ServiceNow and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree
- Demonstrated experience developing, executing, and testing Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BC) plans in hybrid/cloud environments
