About the role
- Demonstrate facilitation excellence, including facilitation models, toolkits, and train-the-trainer approaches.
- Deliver high-impact leader development programs.
- Facilitate leader development programs and additional enterprise-wide skill-building content across multiple cohorts, geographies, and modalities.
- Partner with peer Learning Delivery team members to ensure consistent, scalable, and high-quality program experiences.
- Create and maintain facilitation playbooks, standards, and ongoing development for facilitator communities of practice.
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant Learning & Development facilitation experience.
- Relevant HR experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development or Talent Management.
- Prior experience delivering world-class communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Prior experience leveraging adult learning principles, facilitation techniques, and experiential learning design.
- Prior experience working with all levels of leadership to communicate and implement learning programs to support business goals.
