About the role

  • Demonstrate facilitation excellence, including facilitation models, toolkits, and train-the-trainer approaches.
  • Deliver high-impact leader development programs.
  • Facilitate leader development programs and additional enterprise-wide skill-building content across multiple cohorts, geographies, and modalities.
  • Partner with peer Learning Delivery team members to ensure consistent, scalable, and high-quality program experiences.
  • Create and maintain facilitation playbooks, standards, and ongoing development for facilitator communities of practice.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant Learning & Development facilitation experience.
  • Relevant HR experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development or Talent Management.
  • Prior experience delivering world-class communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Prior experience leveraging adult learning principles, facilitation techniques, and experiential learning design.
  • Prior experience working with all levels of leadership to communicate and implement learning programs to support business goals.
